The Centre for Bacterial Cell Biology (CBCB) is embedded within the Institute for Cell and Molecular Biosciences (ICMB) at Newcastle University. The CBCB essentially consists of 4 labs doing fundamental research on bacterial cell biology:

-The Errington Lab

-The Gerdes Lab

-The Daniel Lab

-The Hamoen Lab
