- Use ONLY soap-free glassware and disposables. Keep these in the lab--under your own watchful eye--and do not ever allow them to circulate within the regular glassware pool. After use, rinse all glassware and centrifuge bottles thoroughly with distillled water; after that, autoclave them yourself and return them (yourself) to their place. Keep this glassware marked with the whole words "No Soap!"*
