Passed DRG cells 090003 and 090005 that had last been passed on 9/7/09. There were 2x T25 with 250,000 cells at that point. The second flasks, confluent yesterday, had been incubated with Neurobasal +B27 +RA 1uM final conc +p/s +2mM Glutamax.
Today, counts were for 090003: 1237500 cells. And for 090005: 875000 cells (first count was lousy b/c not homogeneous. May have left many cells on flask. But the pellet was respectable.)
Added to neural differentiation medium, 10 ng/mL EGF instead of 0.1 ng/mL - cf. this entry.
Replaced medium on yesterday's dense neural differentiation flasks, seeded 100 uL (250K cells) of EMB090003 in either Rich or this Neural medium over ColI flask T25, or 143 uL (250K cells) of EMB090005 in either Rich or this Neural medium over ColI flask T25.
Change medium on Monday, see if morphological changes, or in speed of cell division, as per previous trial with Michele Allouiche.
