Making Stable Cell Lines from U2OS Cells Transfected with BD004/BD006 Passaged cells at a 1:10, 1:20, 1:40, dilution into 10 cm plates with fresh antibiotic-free growth medium 48 hours after transfection on 8/24/15. Total number was 6 10-cm plates: 3 with BD004 and 3 with BD006. Also split U2OS cells for maintenance.
