Mara Peterson - 01/29/15 Session 2 Growing Liquid Cultures of Transformed Cells Result for Plate 1: over 60 growth colonies; Result for Plate 2 (Negative Control): no growth List of samples for liquid cultures: (1) Culture 1 = Colony 1 from Plate 1, DH5a-Turbo cells, KAH126/MV2 plasmid, Amp resistance (2) Culture 2 = Colony 2 from Plate 1, DH5a-Turbo cells, KAH126/MV2 plasmid, Amp resistance (1) and (2) are each in 14-mL culture tubes an incubator to be left overnight, with an Amp agar plate with a streak of (1) and a streak of (2).
