Materials

• Agar plate with the appropriate antibacterial resistance
• disposable scoop
• bacteria to grow

Procedure

• Label the plate with your initials, content and date.
• use a disposable scoop to scrape some of the bacteria from the culture tube.
• Disperse it on the bottom agar plate.
• Put the plate overnight in the incubator (~37 °C).
• The next morning seal the plate with parafilm and store it at 4 °C max 3 weeks.
