Entry title K12Z1; DH5alpha; DB3.1 were revived. Ligation of J23119(S/P)+ [S+I7](PCR purified)(X/P); R0010(S/P)+ [S+I7](PCR purified)(X/P); Both the above ligations were Transformed as well as the controls C1 to C8. Miniprep of J+I7(plate2) and J+E0420(Plate2). J24674 and J14676 were also transformed.
