1. all of the "banana" col PCRs were failures. boo. i left the pictures on bench if jason wants to take a look.
2. smell 7 "mint" LCs
   • glycerol/mini any good ones
3. pour a big well gel. let it solidify! (haha) -- and load 3 digests for gel extraction
4. check plates, but probably should leave incubating til later
5. work on/send barry graphs
6. leave a note about how stuff smelled
