- Parts Registry of BioBricks- Help with Prefix and Suffix
- IDT Integrated DNA Technologies- Check for %GC (40-60) and Melting Temp. (52-68C)
- NUPACK Nucleic Acid Package- check both primers for hairpins and trouble spots (No Red!!)
- ApE- A Plasmid Editor- Useful tool for checking sequences and finding reverse complements
- Ginkgo BioWorks- creates primers w/ BioBrick additions
