Miniprep of ten of our 13 parts

Plated all of our parts for isolation from 100 ml of cells
We placed the plates in the incubator at 4:15pm...we got sick
Listened to awesome music
Boiled the Agar to make sure it was good to go and then autoclaved it
Marvelled at how much damage Brian did with the bleach on the counter
Made 500 ml of Kan plates
