Tuesday 7th September Carried out gel electrophoresis [[1]] on the overnight restriction digests. Using the gel extraction kit:[[2]] a) Both bands of part BBa_E0040 should have be recovered, but bands in wrong place so not extracted. b)The short promoter bands were recovered. c)The 3800pb band of the system was recovered.
