Even more Parsing Analyzing the data on the E.coli model for genes, I have now adjusted the script to also generate the genetic regulation agents (genes), the rules for genetic regulation (grRules), the system description for reactions (subSystems), and the full reaction names (rxnNames). The challenge of creating the gene regulation matrix (rxnGeneMat) is still present.
