9.9.10 PCR was done using the minipreps of golS, golB, and pgolS in 20 uL reactions. This was done for verification purposes so the VF2/VR primers were used. The samples used were: 8/10; 8/5 samples of golB, 8/5; 8/10; 8/17 samples were used of golS, and 8/12 samples of pgolS were used.
