  • Testing ABC Transporter

1. Preparation of 50 ml LB-Broth ( 2 flask)

One of them was including bacteria with ABC transporter and the other one is without ABC transporter.

For LB including bacteria with ABC-transporter -- pEGF-TLiA,pEcPrt-DEF 184: We put 50 µl Ampicillin (50 µg/ml) and 170 µl chloramphenicol ( 34 µg/ml).

For LB containing bacteria without ABC transporter system -- pEGF-TLiA : We put only 50 µl Ampicillin.

(18:40) We put these two flasks into incubation (with shaker),160 rpm, 37 centigrade degrees.
