1. We measured the p-NNP activity.

The results were like as we expected. We compared TLiA and TLiA+ ABC Transporter. 

For TLiA (without ABC Transporter)-- btw    0 s - 60 s  -- Activity : 0.0001856
                                     btw   168 s- 1048s -- Activity : 0.0002433
                                     btw   1072s- 1200s -- Activity : 0.001687

For TLiA + ABC transporter        -- btw    0 s - 60 s  -- Activity : 0.003986 
                                     btw   168 s- 1048s -- Activity : 0.00307
                                     btw   1072s- 1200s -- Activity : 0.002961
