96-Well Format DNA EtOH Precipitation with glycogen

  1. Add 1/10 the volume of your sample of 3M sodium acetate
  2. Add 1 uL glycogen per mL of above solution
  3. Add 2.5x total volume of 100% cold ethanol
  4. Incubate at -20 C for 15 minutes
  5. Spin at 4 C at top speed for 15 minutes
  6. Remove supernatant
  7. Allow pellet to dry
  8. Resuspend in TE
