Reaction Conditions
Incubate mixture at 37oC for 30 minutes and inactivate at 65oC for 15 minutes on the heat block.

Ran digest on pKn001.P1 using only 5 μl of template and 12.5 μl of water. Other reagents were as written. Incubated at 37oC for an hour, room temp for ~20 minutes, 65oC inactivation for 15 minutes.
