Neutralization Reagent
- To 24 ml water,
- add 1 ml of 1 M Tris-HCl (final conc is 40 mM)
(pH should be about 5, but should not have to be adjusted)
- Keep solution at RT.
- Make 1 M Tris-HCl with Tris hydrochloride salt
