Started building GRNmodel of 15-genes_28-edges_db5_Sigmoid_estimation_no-missing-values on lab computers that run Windows 7. The run had been crashing when we tried running it on Windows 11, but works on earlier versions of Windows.

The model finished running successfully and the outputs for 15-genes_28-edges_db5_Sigmoid_estimation_no-missing-values. Outputs can be found at https://github.com/kdahlquist/DahlquistLab/tree/master/data/Fall2023/15-genes_28-edges_db5%3A11-1-23/no-missing-values-data. 15-genes_28-edges_db5_Sigmoid_estimation_missing-values is being run and once outputs are available, both outputs will be compared to analyze differences that were caused by the missing values.
