Should we add in an inhibitor of protein disulfide isomerase? What about inhibiting Glutathione reductase? If we throw in inhibitors right after X-linking and our results do not change, is that sufficient evidence that these enzymes are de-commissioned by X-linking?

Is all Phosphatase/Kinase activity inhibited by X-linking? Can we prove this?
