Overview

This is a protocol for the culture of Th1 cells isolated from mouse spleens and lymph nodes.

Materials

• 6.5 Thy1.1+/+ mice
• CTLM
  • RPMI + 10% FBS
  • 10 ng/ml murine IFNgamma
  • 25 units/ml murine IL-2
  • 5 ng/ml murine IL-12
  • 10 μg/ml HA MHC class II peptide
• Scissors and forceps
