Sandbox/Social Net Update Test

One more test... Update from the OWW Server on update.

If anyone is interested in testing this feature with their OWW account, please let me know. The extension currently will only fire to FriendFeed on a new doc create but support for updates or links to the OWW watchlist are possible.
