Schumer lab: NEB Monarch Tissue HMW DNA extraction

• The PacBio or Nanopore ONT whole genome sequencing we do in the lab requires ~2-5ug of DNA per sample that should be greater than 60kb.

• We use the NEB Monarch HMW DNA tissue kit. (NEB T3060)
