Sharing data with collaborators

We can share data with collaborators through our lab directory on oak and globus. They will need to create a globus account (or globus connect personal account) and then you will be able to give them access to specific folders in the oak endpoint. They will need to provide you the email address they signed up with.

On globus, navigate to file manager. In the collection box, type `SRCC Oak` and select the relevant endpoint. Then the path box, type in the path to the directory you want to share or navigate to it through the globus interface.

Once the directory has been selected, click the share button on the right side of the screen. Note: you cannot share specific files, only directories.
