Ran yesterday's experiment again, but ran into some difficulties acquiring data on the CD tube, due to my relative inexperience at operating the flow cytometer. Results from CCR4 tube seemed consistent with yesterday's. Will run experiment tomorrow, including basophil activation and FcγR blocking.
