• Torsten Waldminghaus 07:47, 23 April 2008 (EDT):I've heard a lot of people complaining about the polyclonal antibodies when they are generated against E. coli proteins. Even if a very pure protein was sent to the companies the antibody did detect a lot of other proteins unspezifically. Some paople suggest that this is because the rabbits are spored in cages on top of each other which will probably lead to an easy E. coli infection. If anybody has experiences or solutions to this that would probably bee of greate help to the E. coli people.
