Koch had some pRL574 plasmid and I want to see how effectively our new RE's cut. So I'm going to use 600ng of DNA per tube in 3 tubes. I will take one tube out each hour (after 1 hour) and then run a gel to see how effectively my digestion went. We shall see soon enough.

Gel

The digestion didn't run so well, and I couldn't take a picture of it with my shitty phone.
