Results


As you can see the results aren't very promising. There is no visible product for lanes 2 and 3 and barely visible product in lane 4. Lane designations:

  1. 100bp ladder (1st bright line is 500bp, bottom is 100bp)
  2. tube 2 (5' - Cy3)
  3. tube 3 (5' - Cy5)
  4. tube 4 (5' - Cy5)

As a result I will try this PCR again.
