The Daily Grind

  • Gonna design/order primers today for DGGE - guess I should talk to Bea first.
  • Thinking of using 799f/1492r for 16S (nested from another gene product with primers from here), degenereate primers for nifH (PolFI/AQER-GC30 as found in this publication), and degenerate primers DegACC5′/DegACC3′ for ACC Deaminase based on this publication.
