Remains of the Day Gonna do a little soil DNA extraction trial to test agitation technique. On fast prep, will do 30 seconds, 1 min, 2.5 min, and 5 min (x5 for replication) at max speed with Norgen kit. Will also do 1 min, and 5 min on Biospec beater upstairs. Will also do 5 minutes without shaking, and 5 minutes with vortex agitation. Will do tommorow when I come in to spray plants again.
