Remains of the Day Spray potatoes with fractions today - I did (used 50 ug/ml of actigard and 1/50 dilution of IBR) and put lids on them overnight to keep the spray in. Do soil DNA extractions with new tubes and alternate beads - done (5 min cooling step was done on dry ice and froze the samples - final elution was a single one of 100 microwave warmed uls of elution buffer) Crush leaves and do RNA extraction - get John in on this
