Remains of the Day

  • Planted two seeds of the Heinz tomato variety into holes of each cup with different soil treatments. Also took photos of the soil today - the 1% all had white fungal growth all over, including the most on top of the IBR treated soil! Sprayed copious dionized water ontop of all seeds. Dipped inoc seeds into OD600=0.2 Stenotrophomonas spp. 3-14 and put 300 ul of this into the whole with the plants.
  • Made cDNA and did real time of the Feb9 tomatoes
