Remains of the Day Got colonies of the molasses rhizosphere and root clone PCR from day before yesterday. Steph will do colony PCR with M13 primers and sequence Starting to get leaf speck symptoms on the Bonny Best tomatoes. Steph will hopefully monitor and photograph in the next few days. Oomycete TRFLP primers work great! Problem with P. ultimum reaction however, as I was looking for a 908 bp fragment there. Steph will hopefully continue to test them in my absensce (and she did on July 2 - see annotated gel on that date)
