Remains of the Day Crap, the Oomycete PCR seem to be getting worse. After dramatically upping the MgCl2 (4 ul of 50 mM MgCl2 rather than 2) the reactions with OomF and OomR failed worse than ever, with lots of weird smears. Gonna try the nested approach again.
