Objectives

  1. Run two layers of 150uM Cu(II) in KCl/PBS solution
  2. Run GCE in 150uM H2O2
  3. Run myoglobin only in 150uM H2O2

Purpose

  1. To run controls of just GCE and just Mb in hydrogen peroxide and Cu(II).
