Modeling Reading We read the first 4 chapters of Uri Allon's Introduction to Systems Biology. I think that what we can implement for our current Modelling woes, is on chapter 2: a logic model for protein expression, and an exponential model for active TF concentration. Had we read it before designing our system, we could have created a much more interesting, complex, and useful system by implementing known logic gates and feed-forward loops...
