RuleBase I found a Book on RuleBase (formerly Cellucidate) on BioBrick parts. The book is titled "Rule-Based Modelling of BioBrick parts" by "Ty Thomson". He is apparently a major contributor to the Cellucidate.com website. Since he attempts to establish a standard for modelling BioBrick parts, I will try to use his book as a guide for our kappa based model.
