I wrote a primitive model for the activation of OmpF by OmpR. I'll try testing it soon.
It appears that kappa is only downloadable for linux-based systems. That limits me to the laptop. I think I'll stay in the cloud.
Caltech replied that they had not noticed this detail. We should get our coliroid machinery working soon, perhaps they will be interested in the finished module once it is modeled. Besides Edinburgh (and Panama), this is another meaningful collaboration possibility.
