Transform BackBones

I transformed the BioBrick backbones using relavant antibiotic plates

  • pSB1A3 - Carbenicillin
  • pSB1C3 - Chloramphenicol
  • pSB1K3 - Kanamycin
  • pSB1T3 - Tetracyclin

Overnight Growth of Strains

I setup 10ml tubes to grow the following strains:

  • Mach-1
  • DH5-alpha
  • JMV-101
