NMR Two samples (each 1 mL, diluted with D2O) were prepared using dried AuCl3 combined with 1 mg Arg and 0.1 mL NaOH dissolved in D2O (it was prepared yesterday), and the standard sample containing 1mg Arg, which was chosen based on the formation of AuNPs, dissolved in D2O. Two samples were analyzed by 1H NMR spectroscopy and the spectra were recorded on Bruker 400 MHz NMR. Results 1H NMR spectra obtained for the standard solution. 1H NMR spectra obtained for the sample containing AuNPs stabilized with Arginine.
