- Placed in photochem setup for 6 hours
- removed dog bones to dry over night
Making materials
- Using Doug's Compounder
- 0% sample
- Set temperature to 195 C
- Set motor to 80 rpm
- Added 12 g of cut solvent-cast polymer into the hopper
- After everything had been added for 5 minutes, opened the valve to extrude
- After extrusion, open the face and clean out all of the polymer
- Repeat process for 1%, 5%, and 10%
