Protein Dialysis In order to prepare the Mn-Hb samples for purification, I am dialyzing the samples. Make 4L of 10mM Tris 50mM NaCl, pH 8.5 Measured 11.681 g NaCl Measured 4.860 g Tris I split the crude Mn-Hb solution over 2 dialysis tubes (snakeskin). The dialysis tubes were places in the buffer and am storing them in the cold room overnight
