• Viewed plate from Thu, about a dozen colonies were flourescing brightly
• Selected one colony for amplification:

1. 5 mL LB medium, 50 μL of 5 mg/mL ampicillin, and one colony into a culture tube
2. Shaken at 18 h at 37[[:Category:{{{1}}}|{{{1}}}]]
