Competent cells ABSTRACT Continuation of the elaboration of competent cells. Vlad forgot to put the cultures yesterday so we couldn´t work today. He is going to left them today and also he is going to make a calcium chloride solution, with the following proportions: CaCl2 1.11 g H2O Take it to 1 L
