  • Prepare AgNO3 solution
(4mM) x (10mL) = 4E-5mol
(4E-5mol) x (169.87g/mol) = 0.0067948g


  • Prepare ZnCl2 solution
(20mM) x (10mL) = 2E-4mol
(2E-4mol) x (183.48g/mol) = 0.036696g


  • Prepare histidine solution
(35mM) x (25mL) = 8.75E-4mol
(8.75E-4mol) x (155.15g/mol) = 0.13576g


  • Prepare cysteine solution
(35mM) x (25mL) = 8.75E-4mol
