Spermatogenesis

  • TDT-Myb
    • Replace 1% NGS in PBS-T and split into two different samples
    • Stain one sample in 1:20 mouse anti-armadillo and other in 1:10 mouse anti-spectrin for for 2hr 30min @ RT.
    • Wash 3 x 15' in PBS-T
    • Stain both O/N with 1:500 goat anti-mouse IgG 488.
