I work in the Pelé Pequeno Príncipe Institute at Faculdades Pequeno Príncipe. I learned about OpenWetWare from google and the Bitesizebio blog, and I've joined because I liked the idea and would like to add some protocols and materials. I work on leukemia, using FISH, PCR/cloning, and the usual bread-and-butter molecular biology protocols. I like to play MacGyver and build simple, low-cost lab equipment. I tend to enjoy studying the means to resolve a problem more than finding the answer itself.
