Objective Determining the ionic strength of 50 mM tris buffer with pH of 10.1 on AuNP fibers. Description -Centrifuge fiber solution made on 03/27/12 at 4500 rpm for 45 minutes. -Remove solution, leaving only supernatant. -Add 5 mL 50 mM tris (pH 10.1). -Centrifuge for 10 min at 13200 rpm. -Take UV-vis data. Data
