Oct 28, 2015 - Standards Sample Prep ~120-130 ppm standards were prepared Sodium pyrophosphate ( Na4P2O7) from Sigma Aldrich 0.123g to 100g DI water Sodium Polyphosphate ( SHMP) from Sigma Aldrich 0.0128g to 100g DI water Sodium Hexametaphosphate (Hexaphos)from ICL Performance Products LP 0.0126g to 100g DI water Sodium Acid Metaphosphate from ICL Performance Products LP 0.0129g to 100g DI water Sodium Phosphate ( H2NaPO4) from Acros Organics 0.0133g to 100g DI water Sodium Hexametaphosphate (Sodaphos) from ICL Performance Product LP 0.0119g to 100g DI water Sodium Tripolyphosphate (Na5P3O10) from Sigma Aldrich 0.0121g to 100g DI water Sodium Trimetaphosphate ((NaPO3)3) from Alfa Aesal 00120g to 100g DI water Results Samples were filtered through 0.45 µm filter Instrument was equilibrated for 49 minutes and auto-zeroed Conclusions UN-SCAN-IT 6.0 was used to convert chromatographs into data < data was plotted in excel < Excel graphs were compared to assign retention times to phosphate species.
