Growth again

  • M. entomophilum plate showed strong growth (after 2 days)
  • W12 11/8 plate cracked, no significant new growth
  • W12 A and B 11/11 plates showed small amounts of growth near initial streaking location. Perhaps there are few viable cells in the culture?
  • PP C and D showed similar very limited growth
  • PP D showed two colonies of yeast??


  • started liquid cultures of entomophilum A and B
  • Discarded cracked W12 plate, PP D plate and liquid culture (yeast contamination)
  • put Ent, W12 A and B plates at +4
